I did my elective with Mr Magro as the final part of my medical degree and thoroughly enjoyed my time with him and the team. He is an exceptional teacher who is always inclusive and considerate to all his patients and colleagues. I felt he provides an exceptionally high standard of care in a thoughtful and reassuring manner and, similarly, is able to tutor students and more junior members of the team simultaneously. Many thanks for all your help!

I just wanted to say how amazing this consultant is. I met with Mr Magro to discuss a birth plan as 12 years prior I had my first daughter and had what I can only describe as a very traumatic birth and experience I was left with severe mental health issues and depression which took me many years to recover from. So when I fell pregnant for the second time I had lots of fears and was scared of history repeating itself. Mr Magro listened to everything I had to say created a perfect stress free birth plan for me bringing me in early inducing me in the most pain free way he took in all my fears, because of this man my experience was completely different and my trust was regained in the NHS I can not fault him he left his number with the Midwife’s to be at hand when needed to keep my anxiety at bay all though I ended up having an emergency c section he listened to me and done his best. He is a credit to Queens hospital and they are very lucky to have such a fabulous doctor he I feel generally cares about being a good doctor and delivery a fantastic service which is what you need I can’t thank him enough I have a perfect beautiful baby who was born last Tuesday and my mental health is all in tact thank you Mr Magro you were amazing.

Mr. Magro was the third specialist in this field that I had seen after so many years of battling against my issue. I had one bad spell and contacted the hospital to speak to someone hoping that someone would get back. Mr. Magro returned my call and dealt with my issue with sensitivity and care. I visited him later at the hospital for a check-up and he knew what I needed. During my hospital stay, Mr. Magro and his colleague reassured me of surgery, explained and answered all my questions (some possibly silly questions) but again answering them with great care and detail. Mr. Magro took care of my surgery and visited me every day during my stay in the hospital and again addressing any uncertainties I had. I have nothing but great respect for Mr. Magro and his professionalism is above and beyond. A really polite, thoughtful, and considerate person towards women's gynecological issues. Thank you, Mr. Magro, you have changed the quality of my life.

I am very grateful for the consultant Michael Magro. When I went for my treatment, he explained everything to me, even though I was still anxious he gave me a choice of if I wanted the treatment done or to think about it and come back. He was the best consultant I have come across in all my years of attending hospitals appointments. He listened to me, he was gentle and caring and made me feel at ease. Thank you Dr Magro, you’re the best. Mrs Felicia Gabriel
